re333 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

The re333 Platform is available exclusively to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the re333 Platform. re333 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You are acting as a private individual in your own name and are not registering on behalf of a third party, corporation, or trust.

All content on the re333 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the proprietary property of re333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of re333. Any use of re333's brand name, logo, or trademarks in connection with third-party services, affiliate marketing, or promotional material requires an explicit written licence agreement with re333.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, re333, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or Force Majeure events beyond re333's reasonable control.

re333 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. re333 does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any odds, game results, or account balance information displayed on the Platform, although re333 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of such information at all times.

re333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity:

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
